Out of Network Options
Dr. Lulich accepts many insurance plans. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept Medi-Cal or Medicare. California providers are prohibited from accepting cash payment from patients with these plans. Many insurance plans will allow you to see a provider "out of network" by contacting your insurance carrier and requesting a "single case agreement." Out of pocket or self-payment is also accepted.
